A

Decade

in

the making

Virtually Done was founded in 2020, but it was a ten-year road that got us here.

Our founder, Jemma, started freelancing at the age 16, writing articles for fun, and with a side hustle sewing business. This was her first glimpse into expenses, profits, margins, and marketing, and she officially caught the entrepreneurial bug.

2011

Jemma headed to university for a degree in psychology, and later, a masters with the sole focus of impacting as many other lives as she could.

2013

At her lowest point, Jemma found her first mentoring role alongside studying. From suicidal to knowing that this was her calling in life, this is the moment she knew that mentoring was a huge part of what she was destined to do.

2014

A shock redundancy from her dream job meant Jemma went back to the freelancing world to make ends meet while she figured out her next move.

2018

Still freelancing and specialising in VA work, Jemma decided to go all in. With maxed out credit cards and a borrowed laptop, she stopped looking for employed roles and put every ounce of energy she had into the business.

2019

In 2020, after quickly growing a successful VA business, the demand for business mentoring services led Jemma back into the mentoring space and Virtually Done was born. Combining ten years of freelancing and psychology experience with mentoring and mindset work, within one year of starting the business, Jemma reached her first six figure year.

A note from

Jemma

the face behind Virtually Done

Hey, I’m so excited you’re here!

I founded Virtually Done after ten years freelancing, and eight years of mentoring, when I saw a gap for the support I knew service providers needed.

Throughout my years freelancing I noticed the same patterns popping up with my clients and business friends when it came to knowing how to scale their service-based business. I saw many of the same blocks, obstacles and challenges emerging and I knew I had the skills, experience and knowledge to help people recalibrate to their dream business and scale to new levels of sustainable success.

I am incredibly passionate about helping others create an impact on the world through their business, building sustainable wealth doing something that they love. Through our Virtually Done offers, I help them do just that.

My psychology background supports clients on a deeper level, where we get to understand how your mind works, and more importantly, how to use that to your advantage!

Plus, with my freelancing career behind me, I know exactly what you are going through, what you are feeling, and the rollercoaster that is running a service-based business.

I would love to support you on your journey. Whether that’s through one of our offers or through our free content, I hope there’s something here for you.
